Noblesse Oblige

Noblesse Oblige raises Elemental Burst damage by 20% with two pieces. The four-piece bonus gives the whole party 20% ATK for 12 seconds after the wearer uses their Burst. The buff does not stack, so only one character in a team should wear it.

This is the classic support set. A support who bursts every rotation can carry it with almost no investment beyond Energy Recharge, and every ATK-scaling teammate benefits. It helps much less when the team's damage scales with HP, DEF or Elemental Mastery rather than ATK. The two-piece also works as a half for characters who deal much of their damage with their Burst.
