Overview

Ayaka is a Cryo damage dealer centered on her Elemental Burst, a moving snowstorm that cuts enemies again and again before it explodes. Her alternate sprint applies Cryo and infuses her attacks with Cryo, and her Elemental Skill boosts her Normal and Charged Attacks for a short time afterward.

She shines in Freeze teams. Frozen enemies stay inside the snowstorm, and the Blizzard Strayer set gives her a large CRIT Rate bonus against them, so you can focus her substats on CRIT DMG. Build ATK, Cryo damage and CRIT DMG, and get enough Energy Recharge to burst every rotation.

Teams

  • Premium Freeze

    Furina keeps enemies wet, Shenhe and Kazuha boost Cryo damage, and Kazuha groups enemies inside the snowstorm.

  • Healer Freeze

    Kokomi provides steady Hydro and healing, so the team is comfortable without a shield.

  • Budget Freeze

    Made entirely of 4-stars. Xingqiu applies Hydro, Diona shields and heals, and Sucrose groups enemies.

Tips

  • Dash with her alternate sprint before attacking: it applies Cryo and gives her a Cryo damage bonus.
  • Use her skill before her burst. It adds Energy and starts the Normal and Charged Attack bonus for the rest of the rotation.
  • Her burst moves forward slowly, so cast it with enemies grouped in front of her, ideally after an Anemo pull.
  • Count on Blizzard Strayer for CRIT Rate in Freeze, and favor CRIT DMG on her circlet and substats.

Normal Attack Performs up to 5 rapid strikes. Charged Attack Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash a flurry of sword ki. Plunging Attack Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging enemies along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.
Elemental Skill Kamisato Art: Hyouka
Summons blooming ice to launch nearby opponents, dealing AoE Cryo DMG.
Elemental Burst Kamisato Art: Soumetsu
Summons forth a snowstorm with flawless poise, unleashing a Frostflake Seki no To that moves forward continuously. Frostflake Seki no To ·A storm of whirling icy winds that slashes repeatedly at every enemy it touches, dealing Cryo DMG. ·The snowstorm explodes after its duration ends, dealing AoE Cryo DMG.
Alternate Sprint Kamisato Art: Senho
Alternate Sprint Ayaka consumes Stamina and cloaks herself in a frozen fog that moves with her. In Senho form, she moves swiftly upon water. When she reappears, the following effects occur: ·Ayaka unleashes frigid energy to apply Cryo on nearby opponents. ·Coldness condenses around Ayaka's blade, infusing her attacks with Cryo for a brief period.
Passive talent Amatsumi Kunitsumi Sanctification
After using Kamisato Art: Hyouka, Kamisato Ayaka's Normal and Charged Attacks deal 30% increased DMG for 6s.
Passive talent Kanten Senmyou Blessing
