Overview
Blizzard Strayer is the standard set for Cryo damage dealers in Freeze teams. The two-piece gives 15% Cryo DMG Bonus. The four-piece gives 20% CRIT Rate when attacking an enemy affected by Cryo, and another 20% if the enemy is Frozen, for up to 40% CRIT Rate in total.
That free CRIT Rate lets you lean your artifacts toward CRIT DMG, which is why the set works so well. It is at its best when a Hydro teammate keeps enemies Frozen. Outside Freeze it still helps Cryo attackers hitting Cryo-affected enemies, but only at half strength, and bosses that cannot be Frozen never give the full bonus. The two-piece is also a solid half of a 2-piece mix for any Cryo damage dealer.
Best for: Cryo damage dealers, above all in Freeze teams where enemies stay Frozen.
