Overview

Viridescent Venerer is the standard set for Anemo supports. The two-piece bonus adds Anemo DMG Bonus. The four-piece bonus raises Swirl damage and, more importantly, lowers the target's resistance to the element that was swirled for ten seconds. Stellar Swirl gets a smaller damage boost, and triggering it also lowers the target's Cryo resistance. The resistance shred helps every damage dealer on the team who uses that element.

The shred does not stack with a second copy, so one wearer per team is enough. In most teams the shred is worth more than any personal damage set, which is why Anemo characters wear it even when they also deal damage themselves.

Best for: Anemo characters who Swirl often and are there to lower enemy resistance for the team.
