Overview
- On-field Swirl damage
- Healer
Mizuki is an Anemo catalyst user built around Swirl. Her Elemental Skill puts her in the Dreamdrifter state, where she floats forward and deals Anemo damage on a timer, and it raises the Swirl damage the whole party deals based on her Elemental Mastery. Her Elemental Burst summons a Mini Baku that drops snacks: healthy characters who pick one up set off an Anemo blast, and hurt characters are healed instead.
Almost everything she does runs on Elemental Mastery, so stack it on all three main stats. Pair her with off-field characters who keep Hydro, Electro, Pyro or Cryo on enemies, so she always has something to Swirl. She cannot use Normal Attacks during Dreamdrifter, so choose teammates whose damage does not depend on the active character attacking. Her passive also gives her extra Elemental Mastery when those teammates hit enemies while she is in Dreamdrifter.
Weapons
Best first. Every catalyst on this list links to its page.
-
Sunny Morning Sleep-In ★★★★★
Her signature catalyst. A large Elemental Mastery stat plus more Elemental Mastery after Swirls, skill hits and burst hits.
-
A Thousand Floating Dreams ★★★★★
Elemental Mastery on the stat line and a small boost to teammates' Elemental Mastery as well.
-
A strong 4-star. High Elemental Mastery and a chance to reset her skill cooldown.
-
Wandering Evenstar ★★★★
A 4-star with Elemental Mastery that also shares some ATK with the team. A fine alternative to Sacrificial Fragments.
-
Magic Guide ★★★
A 3-star with a good Elemental Mastery stat. Most of her damage and her Swirl buff come from Elemental Mastery, so it holds up well until you have something better.
Artifact sets
-
Viridescent Venerer 4-piece
The standard choice. More Swirl damage for her, and enemies lose resistance to the element she Swirls, which helps the whole team.
-
Gilded Dreams + Wanderer's Troupe 2-piece each
Two Elemental Mastery bonuses. Use this if someone else in the team already wears Viridescent Venerer.

Teams
-
Electro-Charged Swirl
Furina and Ororon keep Hydro and Electro on enemies from the bench while Fischl adds more Electro. Mizuki Swirls both elements and her snacks heal what Furina drains.
-
Hydro and Pyro Swirl
Furina and Xiangling bring two elements off the field, so Mizuki always has something to Swirl. Bennett adds ATK for the off-field damage and heals.
-
Budget Swirl
All 4-stars. Xiangling's Pyronado and Fischl's Oz keep Pyro and Electro on enemies without anyone attacking on the field, which suits Mizuki. Sucrose groups enemies and shares Elemental Mastery.
Tips
- Leaving the field ends Dreamdrifter, and so does using her skill again. Plan to stay on her for the full state once it starts.
- Triggering Swirls during Dreamdrifter makes the state last longer, so steer her through enemies that already carry an element.
- The snacks heal only characters at 70% HP or lower. At full health they become damage instead, so you do not need to save them.
- Avoid teammates such as Xingqiu or Yelan whose effects trigger on the active character's Normal Attacks. Mizuki does not use Normal Attacks during Dreamdrifter, so those effects rarely fire.
