Overview
A 4-star catalyst with an Elemental Mastery secondary stat. Every 10 seconds it gives the wielder bonus ATK equal to part of their Elemental Mastery, without lowering that Elemental Mastery, and passes a smaller share of the ATK to nearby party members. It keeps working while the wielder is off the field. It suits reaction-focused characters who stack Elemental Mastery but still gain something from ATK, and the party share is a small extra for the team.
Best for: Elemental Mastery catalyst users, on or off the field, who trigger reactions and also scale partly with ATK.

The following effect will trigger every 10s: The equipping character will gain 24% of their Elemental Mastery as bonus ATK for 12s, with nearby party members gaining 30% of this buff for the same duration. Multiple instances of this weapon can allow this buff to stack. This effect will still trigger even if the character is not on the field.
