Overview
A 4-star catalyst with a high Elemental Mastery secondary stat. When the wielder's Elemental Skill deals damage, it has a chance to end its own cooldown, with a long internal cooldown. A second skill cast can mean more particles, applications or shields. Even when the passive does not help, the Elemental Mastery stat makes it a good pick for reaction-based characters.
Best for: Catalyst users who rely on their Elemental Skill and benefit from Elemental Mastery.
