Overview
After the wielder's Elemental Skill damages an enemy, there is a chance its cooldown resets, letting you cast the skill twice in a row. With a high Energy Recharge secondary stat, it suits characters whose skill makes particles, shields, heals or summons, since a second cast means more of all of them.
Best for: Supports and sub-DPS units whose Elemental Skill is their main source of Energy or utility.
