Overview
Triggering any Elemental Reaction gives the wielder a little Energy every few seconds, and triggering Stellar Glimmer raises ATK for 12 seconds, both even off the field, with Elemental Mastery as the secondary stat. The Energy part works in any reaction team; the ATK part needs Stellar Glimmer. It is craftable at the Snezhnaya blacksmith, so you can refine it fully without wishing.
Best for: Polearm users in reaction teams, especially ones that trigger Stellar Glimmer.
Passive: Cadence of Days Gone By
At refinement rank 1:
Triggering an Elemental Reaction regenerates 4 Elemental Energy for the equipping character. This effect can trigger once every 9s. On the other hand, triggering a Stellar Glimmer reaction increases their ATK by 20% for 12s. The aforementioned effects can trigger even when the character is not on the field.
