Overview
Grants Elemental Mastery for 12s when the wielder causes a reaction, doubled in teams with Moonsign: Ascendant Gleam, and works from off the field. Its high Energy Recharge secondary stat makes it a fit for reaction supports who need both Energy and Elemental Mastery. It is craftable at the Nod-Krai blacksmith in Nasha Town, so you can refine it fully without wishing.
Best for: Claymore supports that trigger reactions and need Energy Recharge, especially in Moonsign teams.
