Overview
It adds a little Elemental Skill damage and, when the skill hits, takes a small amount of Energy and then gives back more over the next few seconds, even off the field, with Elemental Mastery as the secondary stat. It is a craftable choice for skill-focused supports that want both Energy and Elemental Mastery.
Best for: Polearm supports who hit with their Elemental Skill often and want Elemental Mastery and a small Energy gain.

At refinement rank 1:
Increases Elemental Skill DMG by 6%. After Elemental Skill hits an opponent, the character loses 3 Energy but regenerates 3 Energy every 2s for the next 6s. This effect can occur once every 10s. Can be triggered even when the character is not on the field.
