Overview
A free 4-star sword from the Fontaine Fishing Association, so any player can get it and refine it to R5 with fish instead of wishes. It raises the CRIT Rate of the wielder's Elemental Skill and gives a short Energy Recharge boost every time that skill is used, on top of an Energy Recharge secondary stat. It does nothing for Normal Attacks or bursts on their own, so it suits characters whose damage comes mostly from their Elemental Skill.
Best for: Sword users who deal most of their damage with their Elemental Skill and need Energy Recharge to keep their burst ready.
