Overview
A very high Energy Recharge secondary stat, and CRIT Hits can create Elemental Particles that restore Energy, at most once every 12s at R1. It adds no damage, so it is a support weapon: put it on a character whose job is to keep bursts ready, and give them some CRIT Rate so the passive triggers.
Best for: Claymore supports who need Energy Recharge and want a steady source of Elemental Particles.
