Overview
- On-field Lunar-Charged damage
- Main damage dealer
Flins is an Electro damage dealer centered on Lunar-Charged, the Nod-Krai version of Electro-Charged. While he is in the party, any Electro-Charged reaction is turned into Lunar-Charged, and he raises the party's Moonsign by one level. His Skill switches him into Manifest Flame form, where his attacks deal Electro that cannot be overwritten and his Skill becomes Northland Spearstorm. Using Spearstorm swaps his Burst for Thunderous Symphony for a few seconds, a cheaper Burst that also deals Lunar-Charged damage.
He needs Hydro teammates so Lunar-Charged can happen at all, and he gets much stronger at Ascendant Gleam, so pair him with another Moonsign character such as Ineffa, Aino or Columbina. Gear him for ATK and crits: his passives convert part of his ATK into Elemental Mastery and use ATK to raise Lunar-Charged base damage.

-
Bloodsoaked Ruins ★★★★★
His signature polearm. CRIT Rate, a Lunar-Charged bonus right after his Burst, and CRIT DMG plus a block of Energy after he triggers Lunar-Charged.
-
Primordial Jade Winged-Spear ★★★★★
High base ATK and CRIT Rate, with a stacking ATK buff that is easy to keep up while he stays on the field.
-
Staff of Homa ★★★★★
CRIT DMG and extra ATK. Works well if your crit ratio is already balanced.
-
Prospector's Shovel ★★★★
A 4-star that adds Lunar-Charged damage, and more at Ascendant Gleam, with an ATK substat. A good fit for his kit.
-
Deathmatch ★★★★
A solid 4-star with CRIT Rate and an ATK bonus.
Artifact sets
-
Night of the Sky's Unveiling 4-piece
His best set. As the on-field character he gains CRIT Rate when the party triggers Lunar reactions, and it adds Lunar Reaction damage for the team.
-
Night of the Sky's Unveiling + Gladiator's Finale 2-piece each
Elemental Mastery plus ATK. A reasonable stopgap while you collect the full set.

Teams
-
Lunar-Charged with Columbina
Columbina and Aino supply Hydro, Ineffa adds more Electro and Lunar-Charged support, and the extra Moonsign characters keep the party at Ascendant Gleam.
-
Accessible Lunar-Charged
Aino supplies Hydro and a Moonsign level, Ineffa supports Lunar-Charged, and Sucrose groups enemies and shares Elemental Mastery.
-
Yelan Lunar-Charged
Yelan provides strong off-field Hydro, and Xilonen lowers enemy RES and heals.
Tips
- Use the Skill to enter Manifest Flame, then use Northland Spearstorm. For the next few seconds his Burst becomes the cheaper Thunderous Symphony, so he can burst far more often.
- Lunar-Charged needs Hydro. Without a Hydro teammate applying it, most of his kit loses its extra damage.
- Check that your team reaches Ascendant Gleam. Flins adds one Moonsign level, so he needs at least one more Moonsign character for the enhanced effects.
- Because part of his ATK turns into Elemental Mastery through his passive, ATK% pieces are worth more for him than they look.
