This effect will be dispelled 0.05s after a Normal Attack deals DMG. If a Normal Attack fails to trigger Valley Rite, the odds of it triggering the next time will increase by 20%. This trigger can occur once every 0.2s.
Overview
Echoes of an Offering is a Normal Attack set. The two-piece gives 18% ATK. The four-piece gives each Normal Attack hit a chance to add damage equal to 70% of ATK; the chance starts at 36% and rises by 20% every time it fails, so it triggers often over a string of attacks. It can only trigger once every 0.2 seconds.
It rewards characters who hit with many Normal Attacks and scale on ATK. Because of the 0.2 second limit, attackers who land many very fast hits get less from each one. Characters who rely on their skill or burst for damage gain nothing from the four-piece.
Best for: ATK-scaling damage dealers who deal most of their damage with Normal Attacks.
