If the equipping character has completed Witch's Homework, Blessing of Pastoral Winds will be upgraded to Resolve of Pastoral Winds, which additionally increases the CRIT Rate of the equipping character by 20%. This effect can be triggered even when the character is off-field.
Overview
A Day Carved From Rising Winds is a straightforward ATK set. The two-piece gives a flat 18% ATK, and the four-piece adds another 25% ATK for 6 seconds whenever the wearer hits an enemy with a Normal Attack, Charged Attack, Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst. Because almost any hit refreshes it, and it also works while the wearer is off the field, the bonus is close to always active in real fights.
Characters who have completed Witch's Homework get more from it: the buff is upgraded and also grants 20% CRIT Rate. That extra CRIT Rate is what lifts the set above generic ATK options for those characters. For anyone else it is still a dependable, low-effort damage set, but a set that matches their element or reaction usually does more.
Best for: ATK-scaling damage dealers, especially characters who have completed Witch's Homework and can use the bonus CRIT Rate.
