A 4-star catalyst with an ATK% secondary stat. Using an Elemental Skill gives a large Energy Recharge boost for 10 seconds, which helps characters who use their skill shortly before their burst. It gives no damage buff of its own, so its value is in letting you build fewer Energy Recharge substats.
