Overview
Light of Foliar Incision adds a little CRIT Rate on top of a large CRIT DMG secondary stat. When Normal Attacks deal Elemental damage, it adds extra damage to Normal Attacks and Elemental Skills based on Elemental Mastery, for a limited number of hits or 12 seconds. It suits on-field damage dealers who attack with Elemental Normal Attacks and build some Elemental Mastery.
Best for: On-field sword damage dealers with Elemental Normal Attacks who also build Elemental Mastery.

CRIT Rate is increased by 4%. After Normal Attacks deal Elemental DMG, the Foliar Incision effect will be obtained, increasing DMG dealt by Normal Attacks and Elemental Skills by 120% of Elemental Mastery. This effect will disappear after 28 DMG instances or 12s. You can obtain Foliar Incision once every 12s.
