Overview
Its passive gives CRIT Hits a chance to create Elemental Particles, which restore Energy to the party, and its large Energy Recharge secondary stat helps the wielder burst more often. It adds little personal damage, so its value is in support work: getting your own burst up every rotation and feeding Energy to the rest of the team. A bit of CRIT Rate on your artifacts makes the passive trigger more reliably.
Best for: Bow supports who need Energy Recharge for their burst and can spare particles for the team.
