Overview
A 4-star catalyst with an ATK% secondary stat. Triggering any Elemental Reaction grants Elemental Mastery for 12 seconds, and triggering Stellar Glimmer also raises that reaction's damage. Both effects work from off the field, so the wielder does not need to be active to keep the buff up. It is craftable at the Snezhnaya blacksmith, so you can refine it fully without wishing.
Best for: Catalyst users who trigger reactions often, on or off the field, and teams built around Stellar Glimmer.
Passive: Echo of a Vow
At refinement rank 1:
Triggering an Elemental Reaction increases the equipping character's Elemental Mastery by 60 for 12s, while triggering a Stellar Glimmer reaction increases their Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG dealt by 16% for 12s. The aforementioned effects can trigger even when the character is not on the field.
