Overview
Fragment of Harmonic Whimsy is a set for characters who use Bond of Life. The two-piece gives 18% ATK. The four-piece gives 18% more damage for 6 seconds whenever the wearer's Bond of Life value goes up or down, stacking up to three times.
Characters whose own kit grants or clears Bond of Life during a normal rotation can keep all three stacks up with little effort, which makes the set very strong for them. Characters who never interact with Bond of Life get nothing from the four-piece, and for them it is just an ATK 2-piece.
Best for: ATK-scaling damage dealers whose kit regularly gains or clears Bond of Life.
Recommended for
Characters whose GenGuru guide lists this set, as a full 4-piece or as one half of a 2+2.
