Overview
A 4-star catalyst with a CRIT DMG secondary stat, released in Version 7.1. Its passive grows with the party: each Cryo character adds Elemental Mastery to the wielder and each Electro character adds ATK, counting up to four such characters. While the wielder is in the Radiance: Stellar Glimmer state, the bonus changes: every Cryo or Electro member instead gives Elemental Mastery plus extra Stellar Glimmer reaction damage. Either way it only does real work in teams built around those two elements.
Best for: Catalyst users in teams with several Cryo and Electro members, especially ones built around the Stellar Glimmer reaction.
Passive: Secrets of Frost
At refinement rank 1:
The equipping character gains "Silver-Tinged Blood Pact": The equipping character's Elemental Mastery is increased by 24 for every Cryo character present in the party. For every Electro character present in the party, the equipping character's ATK is increased by 4.8%. Up to 4 Cryo or Electro characters can provide the above buffs. Radiance: Stellar Glimmer: The effect of Silver-Tinged Blood Pact is changed to: For every Cryo or Electro character present in the party, the equipping character gains a 20-point Elemental Mastery boost and deals 6% increased Stellar Glimmer reaction DMG.
