Tulaytullah's Remembrance

A 5-star catalyst built entirely around Normal Attacks. It raises Normal Attack speed at all times, and after the wielder uses an Elemental Skill, Normal Attack DMG climbs every second and with every Normal Attack hit, up to a cap, for 14 seconds. Leaving the field removes the buff, and recasting the skill resets it, so it rewards characters who open with their skill and then stay on the field attacking.

The CRIT DMG secondary stat helps any damage dealer, but the passive does nothing for charged attacks, bursts or off-field damage. It is the signature weapon of the Wanderer, whose skill empowers his Normal Attacks for its whole duration, so the stacks keep building while he stays airborne.

Normal Attack SPD is increased by 10%. After the wielder unleashes an Elemental Skill, Normal Attack DMG will increase by 4.8% every second for 14s. After hitting an opponent with a Normal Attack during this duration, Normal Attack DMG will be increased by 9.6%. This increase can be triggered once every 0.3s. The maximum Normal Attack DMG increase per single duration of the overall effect is 48%. The effect will be removed when the wielder leaves the field, and using the Elemental Skill again will reset all DMG buffs.
