Toukabou Shigure
A rather special oil-paper umbrella. While long wanderings may make one used to the wind and the rain, there might be some fun in admiring a rainy scene beneath this parasol.

Overview
A 4-star sword with an Elemental Mastery secondary stat. After an attack hits, one opponent is marked with Cursed Parasol, and the wielder deals extra damage to that opponent while the mark lasts. The mark has a cooldown, but it resets right away if the marked opponent is defeated. The Elemental Mastery is the main draw, so it suits reaction-focused characters more than its passive suggests, and the bonus is weaker against groups because only one target is marked.
Best for: Sword users who want Elemental Mastery for reactions and often fight single targets.

Passive: Kaidan: Rainfall Earthbinder
At refinement rank 1:
After an attack hits opponents, it will inflict an instance of Cursed Parasol upon one of them for 10s. This effect can be triggered once every 15s. If this opponent is defeated during Cursed Parasol's duration, Cursed Parasol's CD will be refreshed immediately. The character wielding this weapon will deal 16% more DMG to the opponent affected by Cursed Parasol.
