Overview
After using an Elemental Skill, Normal and Charged Attack damage rises for 12 seconds, stacking twice, and the secondary stat is Energy Recharge. It is craftable, so it is an easy way to give a support extra Energy Recharge; the damage bonus only matters for attack-focused wielders.
Best for: Polearm supports who need Energy Recharge from a craftable weapon.
