Overview
A free claymore from a past limited-time event, so only players who took part own it. It raises Elemental Burst DMG and adds an extra AoE hit when the burst lands, once every 15s. Its ATK secondary stat is high, and if you have it, it is a simple option for characters whose burst is a main damage source.
Best for: Claymore users who deal much of their damage with their Elemental Burst.
Passive: Oceanic Victory
At refinement rank 1:
Increases Elemental Burst DMG by 12%. When Elemental Burst hits opponents, there is a 100% chance of summoning a huge onrush of tuna that deals 100% ATK as AoE DMG. This effect can occur once every 15s.
