Overview
A free sword from an Inazuma World Quest. Hitting an enemy with a Normal, Charged or Plunging Attack releases an extra hit of AoE damage and raises ATK for a short time, on a cooldown. It cannot be refined, and the buff is modest, so it is mainly a stopgap for an attacker who has nothing better.
Best for: On-field attackers who hit with Normal Attacks and lack a stronger sword.

When a Normal, Charged, or Plunging Attack hits an opponent, it will whip up a Hewing Gale, dealing AoE DMG equal to 180% of ATK and increasing ATK by 15% for 8s. This effect can be triggered once every 8s.
