It suits reaction damage dealers who still want CRIT, and gets the most value from someone who hits with both their skill and Charged Attacks.
Best for: Catalyst damage dealers who trigger reactions with Charged Attacks or their Elemental Skill.
Passive: Nocturnal Dreams
At refinement rank 1:
For 10s after a Charged Attack hits an opponent, Elemental Mastery is increased by 72. For 10s after an Elemental Skill hits an opponent, Elemental Mastery is increased by 48.
