Overview
A 4-star catalyst with an HP% secondary stat. Once every 15 seconds, an attack hit sets off an extra burst of AoE damage scaled on the wielder's Max HP. It is a small, simple damage addition that works for anyone, but it triggers rarely, so it adds less than a weapon that buffs your main damage.
Best for: Catalyst users whose damage or utility scales with Max HP and who want a little extra damage without any setup.

When an attack hits an opponent, deal AoE DMG equal to 40% of Max HP at the target location. This effect can be triggered once every 15s.
