Overview
Aquila Favonia gives a flat ATK bonus and a Physical DMG secondary stat, plus a small heal and a burst of damage when the wielder takes a hit, at most once every 15 seconds. The ATK bonus and high base attack are what make it useful, so it works as a general stat stick for characters who scale on ATK, and the heal is a minor extra rather than a reason to equip it.
Best for: Sword users who scale on ATK and want a high base attack, including supports whose buffs or heals scale with ATK.

ATK is increased by 20%. Triggers on taking DMG: the soul of the Falcon of the West awakens, holding the banner of resistance aloft, regenerating HP equal to 100% of ATK and dealing 200% of ATK as DMG to surrounding opponents. This effect can only occur once every 15s.
