Overview
Finale of the Deep Galleries is a Cryo set for characters who fight with an empty energy bar. The two-piece gives 15% Cryo DMG Bonus. The four-piece only works while the wearer has 0 Elemental Energy: it raises Normal Attack DMG by 60% and Elemental Burst DMG by 60%.
The two bonuses do not run together freely. Dealing Normal Attack damage switches off the burst bonus for 6 seconds, and dealing burst damage switches off the Normal Attack bonus for 6 seconds, so plan your combo to use one bonus and then the other. Since any energy at all turns the set off, it is a niche pick for characters whose kit works around having no energy, and a poor fit for typical Cryo damage dealers.
Best for: Cryo characters whose kit lets them fight with 0 Elemental Energy.
